We are delighted that Luke Jones joined the Accession team this summer as our new Financial Adviser, while Luke MacKenzie has also come on board as a Financial Planning Associate.

Luke Jones joined Accession with a background of nearly 20 years in financial services, beginning his journey with Nationwide, starting on the branch tills before progressing into providing clients with financial advice. 

Throughout his career, Luke has been passionate about helping people and giving clients the confidence and reassurance they need when making important financial decisions. A drive to help clients protect their futures, achieve their goals, and make informed decisions created a natural journey down the path of financial advice for Luke, joining Accession in July and completing the SJP Financial Adviser Academy in September.

Luke MacKenzie BA (Hons)

Prior to joining Accession, Luke MacKenzie completed a degree in Business and Financial Management at Sheffield Hallam University, including a placement year at Pirelli Tyres as a planning coordinator for their factory in Carlisle, before spending two years working as the Accounts Coordinator for his family’s care business. During that role, he realised how closely finances impact on every major life decision – from family planning through to retirement and protecting against the unexpected.

Combining that observation with an interest in how both analysis and judgement impact our financial planning decisions led Luke to pursuing a career in financial services, specifically at Accession where we focus on working closely with farming and rural families, and their businesses, over multiple generations to find the best outcomes.
