After completing A-Levels, Rachael launched her career in the logistics sector, working in the industry for 16 years and holding a variety of roles.
During this time Rachael acquired extensive operational and managerial experience, leading her to be a highly analytical member of the Accession team with a real problem-solving mindset that is used to working under pressure and handling multiple priorities.
Rachael joined Accession in March 2025 after having taken a career break to have her children. Rachael lives on a farm in East Northants with her family. Outside of work when she is not running around the farm with her two young children, she enjoys going out for walks with her Golden Cocker Spaniel, Ted!
